Beersheba Alogbo (Sheba) is a strategic thinker with over 11 years of experience, supporting businesses in various industries to innovate and grow. She particularly shines at the intercept between strategy and implementation, displaying skills that drive actual growth in programs and businesses.

She currently works as the Director, of VISA Consulting, and Analytics.

Before this, she led innovation and growth where she was responsible for developing products and services to grow sales.

As a management consultant, she has demonstrated experience working in the financial services, trade, consumer goods, and information technology sectors. She is skilled in strategy development and monitoring, process reengineering and optimization, market assessments, and business transformation.

Over the last 6 years, Sheba has been in active leadership roles either at work or in her community projects. In her professional life, she has led teams in Ernst & Young (EY), FoodCo Nigeria, and PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC). She has guided team members and mentees to meet both personal and business goals.

Her methods lie in empathy, hard work, and grit.

Sheba is a first-class graduate in Computer Technology from Babcock University. She also has a Masters in Telecommunication with Business from the University College of London, where she graduated with distinction.

Sheba enjoys sharing laughter and life’s lessons with people, currently volunteers to mentor young adults with the John Maxwell Foundation in Africa, and leads an NGO – Blooming Pearls. Sheba is married with two beautiful kids.
