Ikenna is a 2017 alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, as well as an Atlas Corps (Class 36) Alumnus. Ikenna holds a certificate in Civic Leadership and Community Engagement from Arizona State University and currently serves as Team Lead and Operations Head for Connoisseur Consults.
He is skilled in Youth Development, Engagement, and Communications.

Ikenna’s experience includes a successful 14-month engagement with Making Cents International, Washington DC on the USAID-funded YouthPower2: Learning & Evaluation (YP2LE) Project. While there, he played critical roles in the implementation and achievement of project goals which involved facilitating knowledge management, engagement, and strategic communications, as well as monitoring progress milestones and managing online community engagement for the 10,000-plus young leaders on the YouthLead platform.

His work is largely focused on integrating Positive Youth Development (PYD) into youth programming for international and local youth development efforts in Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).
